Hi my name is Keara and I live in Wicklow with my husband and two girls. I used to travel all over the world for work as an engineering geologist prior to having kids. However, I think becoming a mother changes you. I know I have definitely changed as a person and it took me some time to figure out my new identity as a mother.

In 2021 I qualified as a postpartum doula with Doulacare Ireland and in 2022 I qualified as an infant massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage - IAIM. Since training and working as a postpartum doula I have found a new zest for life. I have become so passionate about everything pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

In 2023 I trained with Dr. Krysia Lynch and completed her advanced breastfeeding training. I support breastfeeding and I will work with you to achieve your breastfeeding goals. I also support bottle feeding and I am a strong believer in what is best for mom is what is best for baby.

I am calm, happy and positive person. I am a good listener and will hold space for you whenever you need it. I love sea dipping, running and connecting with people.

I am Garda Vetted, first aid trained and a proud member of the Doula Association of Ireland.
